Profile Liner
Profile Liner isolated specific difficult zones while drilling such as:
- Loss circulation zone
- Production intervals in order to avoid drilling fluid or cement invasion
- Repairs in the casing while drilling
- Ream the borehole with a hydraulic tool
- Ream while drill the difficult interval
- Assemble profile liner in BHA
- Profile liner expansion by inner pressure produced by the mud
- Calibrate inside of profile liner with roller reamers
- It allows to continue drilling with the same diameter while going through a loss circulation zone
- Isolate certain intervals without loss in diameter
- Applicable without cement
- Elimination of the need of intermediate casing
